Tourist destinations like klcc park were near to the hotel. We would recommend the venue to family and friends as its location was good! Take a look at Downtown Kuala Lumpur neighborhood, it's worth it.

This hotel was just a unique base for stores, restaurants. Kuala Lumpur is worth city break, tun razak exchange subway station is 5 minutes walk for better exploring...

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the bustling downtown area. We were just a short walk away from the famous Pavilion shopping mall, making it incredibly convenient for us to shop and explore. The hotel offers top-notch services and amenities that added to the comfort of our stay. The staff, from the bell staff to the housekeeping team, were friendly and attentive. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, tea/coffee facilities, and free Wi-Fi. We also appreciated the added security of having an in-room safe. this place exceeded our expectations and provided us with enhanced comfort and quality services.

For families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay, we highly recommend this hotel. With its strategic location near the shopping centre and other attractions, it offers convenience and accessibility to all that the city has to offer.

Lifts not working , entrance from side road does not feel secure . Entrance from showing mall difficult to find .

Poor services. None. Poor facility - Hard to find main entrain, obscure door and elevator entrance- no signs. Poor rooms, unclean. Staffs answer requests with negatives first, only to work backward to maybe and eventually may offer some help to requests. Strange management style. Long ways to go.

Spacious rooms and central location in the city were great. the beds were comfortable and the rooms were generally clean.

The ongoing major renovations were disruptive and it was difficult to navigate around the hotel due to blocked-off areas. the lifts were slow and often crowded.

The exterior of the building, the corridor and accessibility. The building looks like run down, ugly. The corridor also look like run down, not properly maintain and scary (look haunted). Have to take 2 elevator just to get to the room so very inconvience.

Lobby on the 5th floor via shopping mall which closes before and after shopping mall hours.

Located in proximity to several popular shopping areas, it is an easy walk or ride to nearby food courts and restaurants. the hotel offers spacious rooms with newly furnished interiors making it ideal for groups and families. friendly staff create a welcoming environment.

Elevators are in poor condition as mentioned in previous guest reviews, making it inconvenient , especially during peak hours.

We loved the location, in the heart of the city and within walking distance of many shopping complexes. The hotel facilities were great, and the cleanliness was perfect. the staff was friendly and provided excellent service.

Nothing, it is perfect.

Location was the only thing that attracted me to book a stay here.

The shower was not working at all and it took them almost an hour to respond to our urgent call for help since we had to get ready for our morning meetings. Calls to the front desk went unanswered at 8:30am in the morning and there was no attempt to attend to the matter with a sense of urgency.

The location was excellent, rooms' furniture's are new but the master bed room for a junior suit is too small

The reception office (lobby) is small, pool area is very old, the smell in the lobby and corridors until the rooms is bad, and the Lifts are very dirty.
